Commercial Heating Maintenance in Reading

Allied Technical Centre (ATC), Maidenhead, SL6 4UF - SMS Maintenance undertake a wide variety of maintenance work for ATC who are the owners of several bread brands including Kingsmill and Sunblest. Services included in the £100K+ contract for their Corporate offices in Maidenhead include:

• Heating maintenance

• Air-conditioning maintenance

• Electrical checks and maintenance

• All aspects of fabrication 

Abbeyfield House, RG1 6NL - Whilst all our commercial heating customer's requirements are important, the needs of the elderly and infirm to have a warm and comfortable environment are a speciality SMS heating service. Abbeyfield is a charity run home with 28 beds in RG1 in the heart of Reading, Berkshire and has been a SMS customer for many years.

River & Rowing Mueum, Henley, RG9 1BF - This unique building on the Thames at Henley is a testimony to the great rowing tradition of the area as well as a Corporate meeting venue with a range of rooms and facilities. SMS Maintenance manage the heating services on site and are also responsible for the commercial air-conditioning and humidity control systems which are so important in preserving the old wooden boats and oars that are on display in the museum.

Reading Football  Club, RG2 0JL - One of our best known customers is Reading Football Club where we provide ongoing heating maintenance for the Stadium and the Conference facilities at the iconic Madejski Stadium. 

DAF Trucks, Thame, OX9 3FB  - Southern Maintenance Solutions have replaced and now maintain a major chiller unit in the air-conditioning unit for DAF trucks at their Thame site. SMS are continually adding to their commercial air-conditioning maintenance client list and thsi £100K work demonstrates why.

Courtlands Estate, Richmond, TW10 5AT- Courtlands is a private development of 300 residences in Richmond, West London. This impressive 1930s Art Deco building is now a highly treasured development.

SMS Maintenance manage the centralised plant rooms and individual flat heating systems.

SMS Ltd Renew Local Authority Heating Maintenance Contract

SMS Ltd is delighted to announce that they have (re-)won the two-year contract to service. maintain and repair boilers across all school and public buildings in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The contract, which SMS Ltd have held for over 10 years, carries a further year extension option and covers around 80 buildings across the Borough.

In addition, SMS have also newly won a similar contract covering the maintenace and repair of mixer valves for these properties. This will include the quarterly safety checks required on these units.

Commercial Heating Maintenance Contract Extension

 SMS Ltd, having demonstrated our ability to meet required attendance and call-out deadlines, are delighted to announce the extension of our current servicing and maintenance contract with Sanctuary Housing Association by around 50% including some commercial units.

Sanctuary manage around 70000 rented properties across the UK and SMS will be providing heating maintenance and repair services for around 1000 properties in locations extending from Aylesbury to Swindon, including rapid call-out services for sheltered accommodation units across the region.

Tendering News

SMS Ltd are pleased to have been invited to tender for the servicing. maintenance and repair for boiler and heating systems in a private rented estate in West London. Our experience in running similar services in public and private estates across southern England was a key factor in being asked to tender for this 11 block contract.
